Wanted to play with real drugs instead of made up names that bethesda had to use to get around legalities.

4 other mods attempt this on the entire Nexus;

This mod  - only renames 4 chems and messes with textures

This mod - adds too many drugs, relies on scripts, and edits leveled lists

This mod - Does weird shit like makes buffout vicodin?

and This mod - Scripts, leveled lists, etc.

So i made my own that relies on nothing at all because it just changes the names of existing chems!

AND THEN I STARTED A HORIZON PLAYTHROUGH SO I MADE IT REQUIRE STUFF (Optional) LOL
