It's mostly scrappable. The Hedges can't be selected but the individual bushes can be.
TommyCreo, feel free to take this and do what you want with it. Beautiful mod, the nicest bush I've seen in the game yet.
I added the statics to the small wood formlist for scrapping. The hedges don't want to cooperate. I don't know why that is. If you know, let me know.
One patch for vanilla and one for Workshop Rearranged.
I don't know if the non-green versions will scrap still. I only have the normal green bush installed and I'm not checking it. Feel free to let me know.
("Architect" is from the Horizon mod, you shouldn't have that unless you have that installed)
