VANILLA BUGS (as described in Fallout Wiki):

- With rank 3 of the Nuclear Physicist perk, the duration of fusion cores is only increased by 50% (the same as rank 2), and not twice as long like the description says

- Due to a bug with the Nuclear Physicist perk, the repair bobblehead does not increase the amount of shots that can be fired with a weapon using fusion cores as ammunition (such as the Gatling laser) if the bobblehead is collected after taking the second and third ranks of the perk. It is therefore recommended to collect the bobblehead before taking the second rank of the Nuclear Physicist perk

This mod fixes all the issues that Nuclear Physicist perk and Repair Bobblehead have in the vanilla game. It uses conditions for every possible combination of these two perks and gives the appropriate vanilla bonuses in each case
