NPC Decapitation Fix - F4SE

Ever modded Ada with the Reaper Head and watched her attack settlement settlers, only to find some of them walking around with their heads already on the ground? Heads detached, but the NPCs are very much alive:  That's the "dismember before death".

There is no existing solution that addresses the root cause. Script‑based patches are incomplete . They only cover specific scripts, break compatibility, and miss new mods. I’ve taken an engine‑level approach, hooking every dismemberment call at the Havok endpoint (bhkWorld::SetDismemberedLimb).
