📋 About This Mod
I've always thought Bethesda seriously underutilized the radiation mechanics in Fallout 4.
The Geiger counter clicks are relatively quiet even at high radiation levels, and aren't particularly scary.
This mod overhauls all of the the Pip-Boy Geiger counter sounds, making them much more ominous and realistic. Guaranteed to make your Pip-Boy scream at you if you ever try to jump into the Glowing Sea Crater while naked.
Compatible with everything and completely safe to install/uninstall at any time.

Strongly inspired by the sounds of the 2019 historical drama "Chernobyl."
I highly recommend that you also use a weather overhaul to make radstorms more dangerous.
This mod replaces all Pip-Boy Geiger counter sounds in Fallout 4 with more ominous and realistic audio inspired by the 2019 historical drama 'Chernobyl.' It's a purely cosmetic audio overhaul for players who want a more tense radiation experience. With over 4,300 endorsements and 871,000 downloads, it's a popular choice for immersive playthroughs.
