Northpoint Dam - Nuka-World Settlement

Put this mod near the bottom of your load order

When I first played Nuka-World I was very disappointed to discover this Dam was totally inaccessible.

I thought it would make an interesting settlement, defensively positioned with view of most of the Nuka-World valley.

Features

• []Beyond the Borders, formerly blocked off by invisible walls I used the regions system to adjust the world's borders in a conflict-free way.

  []Highly Scrappable, nearly everything except the dam and bridges without the need for outside mods. The bridges can be disabled. I strongly recommend putting something else in their place if you disable them.

  []Regenerated Precombines

  []Fully Navmeshed in a way that dynamically adjusts as your scrap.

  []Custom Settlement Borders that perfectly match the build space.

  []Full Functionality such as attack points beyond the borders, radiant quests, minutemen quests, raider quests, recruitment, provisioners, and so on.

  []A Trash Cleanup Box, scrap the box to optionally and instantly scrap most trash and stains, located on the workbench.

  Known Quirks

  • []Sometimes provisioner brahmin will spawn behind the Dam. After a minute or two they'll teleport out on their own, but a simple ramp made by the player will also work.

  • Sometimes a stone cliff to the north takes a moment to phase into view.

  Installation

  To avoid installation errors please read this short guide.

  This mod can be added mid-game. Save somewhere far enough away that the Dam's cells aren't loaded before installing.

  You can unlock the settlement right away, just approach the work bench.
