Build area and border has been extended by 40 Percent. The female body are still there due to well im not giving spoilers. Cells re navmeshed. Removed the orginal house and edited the dock, so you could make youre own boathouse theme

To address the "sprint bug" in bugged worldspace cells, add the following line to your Fallout4.ini or Fallout4Prefs.ini under the section: fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0
