OVERVIEW

Nobody's Leaders 3 is a new Sim Settlements 2 Leader Pack and a complete overhaul of Nobody's Leaders 2. It brings together Fallout 4, DLC, and SS2 leaders in one expanded pack, with revised Fallout 4 leader traits and a larger, more carefully organized roster.

NBL3 also includes an optional F4SE + PrismaUI module. When installed, the module replaces SS2's usual barter-menu entry point with a focused leader browser that puts traits, availability, requirements, assignments, and settlement restrictions on the card. The Leader Pack itself remains usable without the module through SS2's normal leader-selection flow.

    SIM SETTLEMENTS 2 DISCLOSURE

    I designed NBL3 to respect SS2's core functionality, availability rules, and assignment checks. The optional module intercepts SS2's leader-selection assign/replace options and opens the NBL3 PrismaUI panel instead. It does this through native game hooks; I do not modify SS2's source code at any point. I brought these implementation details to Kinggath, the author of SS2, and requested and received permission for this approach.

    At its core, Nobody's Leaders 3 is still a Leader Pack. The F4SE + PrismaUI module is completely optional: you can install the Leader Pack on its own and continue selecting leaders the traditional way, or install the module as well to use the new panel.

    OTHER ADDON/LEADER PACKS DISCLOSURE

    I do not limit the panel to NBL3's own leader cards. It reads all SS2-registered leader packs that are installed and lists their leaders alongside NBL3's roster, using SS2's normal pack-registration functionality.
