No Slowdown - Slow Time Does Not Affect Player

Description:

To be quick as silver and bring the apocalypse in the Commonwealth. It's a sweet dream.

Applies a perk to prevent the player from being affected by slow time from various sources.

ESL flagged pluggins.

Optional versions:

All slow time - Any slow time effect including from mods (as long as it is implemented like other vanilla slow time effects) will not slow down the player.

Jet chems only - This version only makes it so Jet and its variants do not slow down the player.

This version is for people who use bullet time mods but do not want to make Jet and similar chems obsolete.

Important note:

This does not prevent you from doing the low gravity jumps. For anyone not familiar you can jump further and higher while under the effects of slow time. With this mod you can shoot at normal speed while in the air.

Horizontal camera movement is still somewhat slowed down while in third person. Camera works normally in first person.
