This removes the ambient downtown skyscraper groan from the game
This mod only really exists because I was asked for it to be made, but I can understand the reasoning behind it; the noise could be annoying to some. It removes the groan that the skyscrapers let out every now and then by replacing them with empty sound files. That's it.
