No more damages in dialogues and scenes

ESPFE (ESL flagged), any language (actually it replace just spell name, i think you'll never know that it was replaced).

It is very little weather tweak. It disables rad damaging from glowing sea rad effects if player is talking with smb(for example ms. Piper wants to tell you she urgently needs parts from the printing press) , or being any another scene (for example AAF).

v. 1. 1 - added same thing for Infection and Over Encumbered effect.

I dont know about it conflict with anything else.  If you look at it in xEdit - you will see it disables weather conditions, but it spell runs only by weather... So there is nothing scary. I think you shouldn't worry and use it with Vivid, of course if you really need it.

Это очень небольшая настройка спеллов. Мод отключает радиационный урон в светящемся море(не отключает периодический рад-урон от ударов молнии), повреждения от перегруза, повреждения от инфекции в случае если игрок разговаривает с кем-то (например, мисс Пайпер хочет сказать вам, что ей срочно нужны детали от печатного станка), или находится в любой другой сцене (например сцене AAF).

Я не знаю о конфликтах с чем-либо еще. Если вы посмотрите на это в xEdit - вы увидите, что мод отключает погодные условия, но заклинание работает только по погоде... Так что ничего страшного.

Думаю не стоит переживать и использовать спокойно например с погодой Vivid.
