Disables the rad-storm that occurs every time you approach the crater formerly know as the institute, Optionally disables the ambient radiation within the crater.
This mod makes one worldspace edit to disable the invisible marker that forces the weather to change near the crater, load early in your load order to avoid any compatibility issues.
An optional plugin is provided to also disable the radiation in the crater itself. Use only one plugin.
