New Vegas Uniques 15 - YCS 186

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Welcome to the 15th weapon of my New Vegas Uniques Recreated series. In this series i will recreate some of my favorite unique New Vegas weapons. As basis for the weapons i will use Fallout 4 weapons as i do not have very good modelling skills. As a result of using Fallout 4 weapons as a base some of these will look different from their original counterparts but i will aim to keep them as close as possible. Each of these weapons will come with a Creation Club like mini quest to pinpoint you to the location so you do not need to search aimlessly. If the weapon is in the hands of a enemy, it will be an enemy that is easy to distinguish from the rest. Unlike in New Vegas, each weapon is also modifiable. Lastly, i have tried to keep the weapon stats as correct as possible. Hope you enjoy these recreations and don't be afraid to comment if you find something off in them or would like to suggest updates.

This mod adds the Unique Gauss Rifle, YCS/186. Originally this weapon could only be gained if you didn't take the Wild Wasteland perk, otherwise you would gain the Alien Blaster Instead. The YCS/186 looks like a standard Gauss rifle, but with a sandy, rusted texture along the barrel and main body. It sports Darker wooden stock and has 4 more coils around the barrel, explaining the greater weight and damage, while remaining the same length. The lens of the scope is tinted an unusual shade of red instead of the standard color of the Gauss Rifle.Just like in new vegas, my mod of the weapon has 10 more damage than the normal weights a point more and being a unique weapon, it is naturally more valuable.

The Included Quest will Pinpoint you to the correct location

This weapon is built on the Prototype Gauss Rifle from Creation Club in order to give it the correct model, therefore it will require the Gauss Rifle Prototype as per bethesdas own guideline.

I always suggest you do a clean install when you download updates from me, clean install ensures your mod works as i always test mine from a clean install and i rarely find bugs that way. If you just install this on top of the old
