  []Four move in ready buildings with functioning workbenches to create custom player homes in. The Apartments, Bunker Motor Pool, 175 Court St. , and the Utility Building.

  []Designed to be lore friendly, many of the 35+ findable logs describe the survival and rebuilding post war.

  []Over 30 new interior buildings and areas to discover.

  []Multiple interior areas purposefully designed for users of mods that allow custom settlement creation.

  []At least 6 new unmarked points of interest added to the wasteland.

  []Recurring enemy threat to the town.

  []Lots of hidden keys, rooms, logs, and easter eggs.

  []Modification integration to the Covenants quest "Human Error".

  []Modification integration to the quest "Here There Be Monsters".

  []An arrangement of new NPC's including Citizens, Pre-war National Guard remnants, robots, birds, dogs, and cats.

  []Custom findable items including clothing, weapons, chems, and consumables.
