This mod replaces the HOTRODDER PINK color which you get from the perk magazine with the same name. You can either find the magazine in it's place either by exploring or by looking the location up on google.. OR you could spawn the magazine with the use of the ingame console. open console with tilde button or the one next to 1, may wary but most keyboards has this, write:
player.additem 185cbf 1
