Natick Power Substation player settlement

On the far western edge of the map, just north of the Glowing Sea is a massive abandoned power substation just waiting for you to move in and turn into a thriving town. The Natick Power Substation player settlement boasts a massive build area and height along with a good diversity of heights in the terrain. There's also cooking and chemistry stations and a bed for survival players.

The workbench itself is located in a tool shed west of the power station. Try as I might I could not get it to function properly if the workbench was in the main area.

As a fully functioning settlement, Natick Power Substation does all of the following:

recruits settlers,

connects via supply lines to other settlements,

can have settlers sent to and from the location, and

has full map data showing on the pipboy in both normal and supply-line views.

SCRAPPING

I have not gone through the area and assigned each tiny object to the scrap list so if you want to clear it you'll need a scrapping mod. I use Scrap Everything (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5320).

Possible conflicts

I can't promise that this mod won't be affected by other mods. I have seen that with certain other mods in my load order the data from the pipboy disappeared. This mod has no effects on other mods to my knowledge.

Sorry about the piracy text on the pictures, but some slimeballs have been harvesting mods from Nexus and trying to sell them on other websites. I can't stop them, but at least they'll have a bit of work to do to crop the images.
