Mysterious Serum Craftable

Update: By request I added a version that just crafts the vanilla serum. THIS CAN CRASH YOUR GAME WHEN CRAFTING, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

v2: Fixed an error with the mod and added a Chemist version that increases the duration of the effect if you have the Chemist perk.

This mod adds a recipe for the Mysterious Serum at the Chemistry station under Drugs. You must be wearing Lorenzo's Crown to see the recipe ( you also need at least Chemist rank 1) so I made the crown lootable from Lorenzo's corpse.

This is mainly intended for anyone that chose not to side with Lorenzo to have a option of still getting the Mysterious Serum, but you might also be able to pickpocket it from him with the right perk.

The serum crafted is not the same as what you get in the quest since making that craftable crashes the game, so I created a new version that has the same benefits
