- BECOME A MUTANT: Gain the chance to mutate in a variety of unique ways when exposed to radiation.

- GHOULIFICATION INTEGRATION: Automatically accounts for ghoulified players with adjusted mutation radiation rates and more.

FEATURES

You have a chance to mutate whenever you take radiation damage. Mutations have a wide variety of positive and negative effects, much like Traits. There are 24 different mutations, each with their own combination of benefits and detriments.

- Mutations have a chance to be cured by using RadAway, and have a 100% chance to be cured when using MutateAway.

- You become eligible for mutations after reaching level 5, and only when you have at least 100 points of radiation.

- You can only mutate once every 90 real-life minutes. You can reset this cooldown by consuming a Mutated Growth.

CLASS FREAK

You can force your body to adapt to your mutations and reduce their negative effects through repeated exposure.

Class Freak is earned by gaining and recovering from an amount of unique mutations. Class Freak permanently reduces the negative effects of each mutation and unlocks the ability to craft mutation serums.

SERUM CRAFTING

Whether mutant or purist, smoothskin or scabskin, as you explore the Commonwealth, you will encounter legendary enemies. All legendary enemies now have a small chance of dropping Mutated Growths.

After earning Class Freak, you can begin to use Mutated Growths to craft mutation serums at Chemistry Stations.

Mutation serums instantly apply their specified mutation and fully suppress the downsides of that mutation for one real-life hour. Mutation serums cannot be found at vendors or sold to vendors.

GENE STARCHER

The Gene Starcher allows you to lock in your current mutations, preventing you from rolling new mutations and preventing you from removing mutations with RadAway or MutateAway.
