MS SPECIAL Zapper

The latest in settler productivity brought to you by RobCo. With this nifty gadget you can coerce your settlers into being more proficient. Introducing the SPECIAL Zapper, shoot a settler to adjust their stats. Adjust stats up to 10. (You can mod the gun to exceed this) Extra features: Set all stats for selected NPC to 10. Apply selected NPC's stats to all NPCs in the settlement.

The SPECIAL Zapper is craftable at the chemistry station under Utility. Modify the SPECIAL Zapper at a weapons bench to allow adjusting stats over 10 or target non-settlers. Ammo is automatically added. This mod has optional Canary support.

FOMOD installer has 3 options:

esl flagged esp (light) plugin plus a ba2 archive

esl flagged esp (light) plugin with loose script files

normal esp plugin plus a ba2 archive

Optional Sim Settlements 2 patch. It allows crafting the gun at the city planner desk and ranking up your soldiers.

Install/uninstall with a mod manager.

If you want to manually install, choose MS SPECIAL Zapper.esp or MS SPECIAL Zapper - Light.esp and rename to MS SPECIAL Zapper.esp. Optional patch MS SPECIAL Zapper SS2 Patch.esp does not require renaming.
