Combined patch to reduce plugin load for new Power Armor, and Stand alone patches at overwhelming request.
(Main MPAM File still required!!!!)
Additionally I did find conflicts if you don't disable my other MPAM patches, so make sure you do deactivate them. I was able to clean up most of the duplication's.
