A small atmospheric improvement for our commonwealth!
The mod turned out very well from my point of view! These are not just stumped standard effects! Here they are very beautifully combined and harmonized! standard files would simply turn the expanses of the commonwealth into a seething nightmare, but in this fashion (it just happened so) the leaves do not fly violently and constantly, but only sometimes (just right) they break out of the heaps, It does not put pressure on the eyes, does not spoil the sensations only adds liveliness to the environment!
