Get more ammo at weapons vendorsGet less ammo at regular vendorsSlight buff to scrounger perk

This mod edits the leveled lists of vendors so that weapons vendors now provide much more ammo while regular vendors now provide less ammo.

Also the scrounger perk has been slightly buffed most notably the final level to give it more value.
