Modern Firearms Realistic Fire Rates (MF RFR)

Description:

This mod re-adjusts all the automatic weapons' fire rates in Modern Firearms to closely match their real world counterparts. These changes will eventually be incorporated into the next MF release. I am just releasing it early. It will be redundant once the next version comes out. In the mean time, enjoy!

What MF RFR offers:

All new and realistic automatic weapons' fire rates. For weapons which have varied fire rates, mean value is used.

For example, a FAMAS now fires at ~1050 rounds/min (171 in-game). The Minigun's fire rate has been reduced to a practical value of 1,998 rounds/min instead of the 4,000 - 6,000. Still, they now spit leads like no tomorrow. An encounter with a group of Super Mutants with Miniguns will never be the same again. BRRRTTT!!!

Be warned though if you're using my MF WSR and mm137's RAO mods, the 7. 62x54mm NATO and 20x102mm sound effects are very loud, especially when using headphones. Installation:

NMM (perferred method) or unzip and drop the ESP into your Fallout 4 Data folder. Make sure to enable the mod's plugin in your mod manager of choice (e.g. NMM), or simply add it to plugins.txt.

Known Issue(s):

- MF WSR's M60 SFX volume is significantly reduced.
