Improves the Targeting (Homing) Sound Effect, since I hated the original. I have been using this sound I have made sometime ago for personal use, I did enjoy it so I decided to share with you. This is Just a simple sound replacement, no ESP, no scripts Install with NMM or Manually! The 2 Targeting Sound files are located in \Fallout 4\Data\Sound\FX\UI\VATS\
