Improved vanilla camera view. Works the weapon aim with power armor.
For those who love the default camera view of the game but still want some modifications.
Changes: - Console games camera position - More visible character while aiming (works with power armor too) - No more camera "zoom out" when you change between walking and running - Maximum zoom out distance is when you see character's feet
