Miah's Sarcastic Perk Descriptions

It changes almost all of the perk descriptions to be different. I say "almost" because there are some i couldn't change or they'd break because some of the perks have dlc addons. This mod also requires the Nuka-World and Far Harbor dlcs.

The ones i couldn't change are: awareness, lone wanderer, attack dog, mysterious stranger, scrapper, action boy, strong back, night person, rad resistant, steady aim, critical banker, quick hands, and ghoulish.

This mod is inspired by "sarcasticdragon's snarky sarcastic loading screens", although i have no direct correlation with the mod. I highly recommend checking out their mod anyways, its great in my opinion.
