Merciless is a ENB designed specifically for Vivid Weathers and ELFX. Combined with these mods, Merciless is designed to make the Commonwealth feel like a dangerous and harsh place. No ReShade or SweetFX required.
Merciless ENB
An ENB designed for Vivid Weathers and ELFX
This ENB is designed to work together with Vivid Weathers and ELFX to give the Commonwealth and harsher and dangerous vibe.
No fancy post processing effects to distract you from the gameplay. This ENB tweaks the color style of the world, and adds some slight sharpening. This has been tweaked over the course of several weeks to make sure the ENB looks right in every type of situation. Some things may still need slight tweaking, but this should be really fleshed out by now

Installation Go here and follow the steps to calibrate your monitor. A properly calibrated monitor goes long way!
Make sure you have Vivid Weathers and ELFX installed!
Use the "No season Limitation" and "default visual change" (don't select the Natural Bight Colors Option) for Vivid Weathers
1) Download the latest ENB Binaries. Copy "d3d11.dll" and "d3dcompiler_46e.dll" into your game folder (where Fallout4.exe is)
2) Download my files. Install them in that same directory as above, and overwrite any files if prompted.
3) Run Fallout 4 and enjoy! You can open the in-game ENB menu using the End button, and turn the effect on and off using the Scroll Lock Button
