📋 About This Mod
Clothing shuffle for the entire game.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO BE READ BEFORE USING THIS MOD
This clothing overhaul was supposed to be part of a total overhaul for Fallout 4, named Meliora. It would have further bled itself into vendors and other parts of the game. This never happened and I'm not planning on it either. There are compatibility issues with other mods. But the mod is as far as I know, bug free.
On initial release, this mod was a full clothing redistribution AND rebalance. This "FULL" version of the mod is very incompatible with clothing mods, balance mods and likely body mods. This version almost certainly NEEDS to be patched. The other "HALF" version removes all the rebalance changes, making it a lot more compatible with other mods, especially balance or overhaul mods.
You should assume that if you use this mod in a load order with other clothing or balance mods, it needs to be patched. Everyone is free to patch and upload patches for this mod. Link them to me and I will gladly list them somewhere in here.
A lot of work went into this and as a module, it is finished. I was simply not happy with this mod as a standalone release, hence why it was hidden for so long. So here it is again, free to do with as you please. I will likely never update this mod. I removed all the patches because they are outdated. I will read the comments and provide support if I can.
This mod redistributes the entire catalogue of clothing and armor in the game.
You can see this as a rewrite of the entire vanilla clothing and armor leveled list.
Here are some of the biggest changes:
Each faction now has their own set of clothing that thematically fit nicely together. There are 60 included textures & 21 mesh edits to better achieve this unity.
This follows the same theme as the DLC's. There are exclusive underarmors, armor sets, headgears and accessories to each faction.
This rearranges the entire clothing of the game. A lot of NPC's & factions will look much different then they did before.
This includes every single faction and NPC, from vanilla to the DLC's, including Super Mutants and Dogs and Companions.
Each faction has their own set of armor. As an example, the gunners have metal armor. You want some metal armor, you go see the gunners.
Armor is now scrambled in two ways. At first, each armor piece can randomly appear on an NPC, from light to heavy without any level restrictions. And secondly, there is a severe armor shortage for every faction. Meaning there is a chance system in place that decides if an armor piece even spawns on an NPC. Seeing a fully equipped NPC is almost exclusively reserved for bosses or leaders of that faction. This creates a huge amount of visual variety.
Getting good armor now means you
