📋 About This Mod

After seeing how others have raped this place, I decided to do it myself, cause, you know .....

Like in the short description, this mod has now three Versions and I am uploading a fix for those, that want to keep the settlement as it is, but don't like the "crippled" Workshop.

The fix does nothing then just offering you the possiblity to build at the Lair, as if it would be an ordinary settlement and YES, I took care of the "Error: No string ...." issue, the Lair has it's original name !

Version 1: This gives you an nice expansion of the area, but does not include the whole building and there are reasons why it is like that.

The Lair is a cell of it's own and even with using the PreCulling fix, I had really bad things happening while wandering around the building, trying to find the appropriate size.

Thats why I "only" added the wings, that you normally access when leaving the vanilla build-zone and I made it bigh enough to cover both upper floors to the North and south - the pictures should give you a good impression.

You can also make use of the already existing Workbenches in Isabels Quarters and can even scrap inside the hidden room !

Version 2: This is offering the same, but does NOT have the changed Workbench, so for everybody wanting more space, but also staying as "immersive" as possible, this is the right version.

Update

Version 3: This adds only Isabels Quarters (The Room with the Workbenches, the secret Room and her Living Room) plus a large part of the floor above - the three additional Pictures are showing the new borders.

The Lair itself is at the same size, no added wings or stuff, just the fixed Workshop - so if you're out for maybe the most "immersive" expansion of the Lair, this is the one for you.

Version 4: This also adds only Isabels Quarters and the Workshop fix, but without the floor above - maximum Immersion ;-)

Thanks to bill8872 , I can provide you with a solution for the "shrunken build area"-issue.

Like he was stating in the bugs section: open the console and type in "resetquest patch_1_6" , without the quotes, and you should be able to use the whole area again - I have tested it with Jamaica Plains and my expansion was back in full effect !

In case that this won't work, cause the console is showing that the "reset" command is not recognized by the game, instead just use "quest patch_1_6", or "patch_1_6" without the quotes.

Also: if you want a version different to that included in the aio, you have to place that version after the aio in the load order - also, you have to
