Mass Effect Talon Pistol

"The Talon is a close-range pistol favored by Cerberus Guardians. Firing heavy-gauge shotgun pellets, it delivers massive trauma to unarmored targets. Its waste heat is sufficiently excessive that it carries six separate ammunition blocks, rotating like a twentieth-century revolver to prevent shaver jam or misfire due to premature melting of the shot."

The M-358 Talon shotgun-pistol seen in Mass Effect 3 and Andromeda makes its way to the Commonwealth. Though, this time, you won't have to save your favorite store on the Citadel to get it.

The Talon in-game is more or less a mixture of the . 44 and the Double-Barreled Shotgun, a little weaker than the Combat Shotgun in terms of damage yet with a faster fire rate, and holds 6 shells. It starts spawning at level 10, and you can find it in boss chests and on vendors, raiders, Gunners, and sometimes synths and Brotherhood soldiers. The Talons carried by raiders, synths, and the BoS each have a different paintjob that you can also equip at a workbench.

There are 5 unique variants scattered across the map:

1. Accompanied by a hallucinating mercenary.

2. In a lonely, nondescript subway station.

3. Among the cargo of an old military barge by some greasers.

4. Potentially, a scheming gangster's new neighbor.

5. Within an old secret installation being scavenged by the Institute.
