5/26/2016 update: Finally made a working version of a tattoo replacer that did not give you a dark orange tan and have missing eyebrows...at least I hope so, works on my end let me know if it doesn't for you.  It replaces eagle tattoo and also includes the "triple +" neck tats on the right side of the neck.  Tried to add the extra neck scars but that continued to lead to the orange face tan glitch.  Will work on making improvements when I have the time.

Uninstall my mod v1 if you are still using it. Download with NMM and install normally.  Use console code showlooksmenu 14 or facial reconstruction surgery place and apply eagle tattoo.

5/22/2016 update: DjBorsch managed to get the tattoos to be a Lucky Clover replacer by using different compressions/mip maps.  My attempts to do the same ended with the player character getting a really dark tan with missing eyebrows but he pulled it off.  I've uploaded his edited conversion of my tattoo texture.  Don't forget to thank him for his hard work.

Installation: Download with NMM Uninstall my file with NMM and install DjBorsch's with NMM

5/19/2016 update: Added just tattoo texture file as a modder's resource.  Working with DjBorsch in making this a player only skin texture, look forward to seeing how it turns out.

5/18/2016 update: Uploaded face preset I'm using for my Jack character.  LooksMenu will be required along with F4SE.  Lots More Female Hairstyle is not required but recommended if you want the hair style.  Download with NMM and install normally.  In-game with current female player, use facial reconstruction surgery or console code to make this change.  Under presets just load mine.  And your done, enjoy.

5/16/2016: A re-texturing of basefemalehead_d.dds file to make the female player have Jack's neck and face tattoos from the Mass Effect games.  I took the vanilla texture file and recreated the facial/neck tattoos and scars from scratch using Gimp and the plugins provided on this link.  The work was inspired by the fact that the voice actress for Jack voices the main female character as well as DjBorsch's mod.  At the moment the texture replacer is a proof of concept and with my limited knowledge of modding I would fail at making the attempt.  Feel free to use it in your own mods but please give credit where its due.

Edit: NOT A CHARACTER CREATION SCREEN PRESET, just a texture edit.  You'll have to try your best at recreating Jack's face either at the facial reconstruction surgery place at Diamond City or use console command, i.e., showlooksmenu 14 ...and be on the lookout for npc's spawning with these tattoos after all this is just a texture edit not exclusively for your character but all female npcs.  Ran around Diamond City after creatin
