Malt Shop Mayhem is hosted by a guy who thinks he is Vinny Barbarino from Welcome Back Kotter (television show from 1970's) He plays the best malt shop oldies and is an overall slacker who is too cool to deal with the common problems of the wasteland. Don't ask Vinny for help. He'll just say... "What... Where...." and then just play another song!
