Replaces Touun's USP .45 with Jmenaru's M9FS Cutlass!
Getting back into FO4 and had to make another patch for my favorite weapon!

Well Ive done just that!
Also fixed the aim model, now has proper 'lollipop' aiming like an actual M9, so impact is above the sight, not in line with it like in real life!
Obviously requires both.

Known problems:
Cutlass breaks the reload animation for some reason, outgoing mag is invisible, hardy noticeable.
Includes small general changes Ive made for my own playthrough, no I wont change them back, Im just uploading this bc it's fun but I dont want to revert my preferential changes.
Mostly ammo type / capacity / damage etc
