As important of a detail as this is I really have no idea how Bethesda overlooked it. Absolutely ruined my immersion I couldn't continue playing the game and sitting idly by while these monstrosities were happening. I took it upon myself to make chalk create concrete instead of asbestos.
This is the most important mod I've made so far, and if you truly love the Fallout universe, you need to have this mod. If you don't use this mod I'm not sure how you can call yourself a Fallout fan.
