So... this kid as been stuck in this fridge for over 200 years.. and somehow hes still alive without food or water... well heres a fix for that.
I know this quest is suppose to be a "joke" but a lot seem to say its very lore breaking.
I'm not very lore heavy on fallout as i started with fallout 3, so i dont know everything little detail.
Putting him in the Fridge was the hardest part for me. I wanted to make the quest pop up and complete when u bash open the fridge, but i have no idea how to edit the quest and do that.
i changed billy into a custom race to avoid conflicts with children mods.
