Longfellow's Lighthouse is a settlement featuring a 14-story high lighthouse that casts a long, imposing shadow over the nearby town of Far Harbor with an "Eye of Sauron" vibe.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURES:

Prior to installation, be sure to have all required DLC installed. In addition, you should already have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints installed.

NMM Install Instructions: Download with manager and install.

Manual Install Instructions: Download and unzip to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data

IMPORTANT NOTES:

[]The settlement alert siren may be active after import. Just run up to the top of the structure and turn it off.

[]There is a terminal and an interval switch near the top of the structure if you wish to change the color or timing of the lighthouse's beacon.

[]The water purifiers in this build are encased in the concrete outcropping underneath the farming area.  This ensures they'll never be damaged in an attack.
