Less Metal More Meat - PA Frame and Armor Moddable Size Options WIP

An overhaul to the power armor frame system to be able to make craftable moddable and standalone frames and armors.

3 new power armor sets and a shed load of hanging headless bodies for under the frames :)

Features:

Everything is now craftable from a Power Armor Workbench you can find under the workshop crafting menu. The armor replacers are remaining replacers for now (i need to go back over them and fix bits then ill make them standalone and included in the main file)

In this bench you will find the Frame armor that you need, and a pair of leather flavoured power armor arms (im working on the rest of the set)... and then there's a ring... it lets you appear nude in whatever armor frame your using :3 i have a cbbe compatible version ready but im going to ask before using it.

Just equip the Powered Armor Framework onto a set of power armor and take it to the power armor station to modify it.

The Extra Light option should increase run speed, the Slimline option should increase action points and the Standard option just has a little bit more resistances.

The leather armors don't have any special effects (yet!)

I changed the Tesla Coils magic effect too it should have be slightly more electrical than before, ill upload this as its own thing when im happy with it. let me know if you notice the difference :)

Some of the original bodies for inside power armors have holes in ill fix this in the next update. (the vault suit one is the worst)

How it works:

Okay so the WIP bad stuff i should tell you...  to get a standalone PA frame that i could easily mod and change as i wanted ive had to replace all the "non-playable" power armor frames that equip on the actor when entering the power armor furniture. (edit found some bugs with the leather armor messing with the jetpack when on the furniture together, its not consistent though so it could be a another mod conflict)

The bodies from inside the frame and the frame itself are now separate meshes, the body equips how the original frame did as i mentioned above and the frame equips to the "61 FX" slot.

This means if you get into a power armor without the 61 slot frame equipped you will be a floating body or worse a mutant alien creeper looking thing! To counter this ive put a standard frame on every relevant PA furniture and levelled list, it certainly helps... but until ive ported a whole lot more original armors onto the floating frame body and assigned them you could get the occassional floating naked
