Less Glass and No Glass on Post-War Vehicles

Removes semi-transparent broken glass from various external small objects, structures, and most vehicles. 9 times out of 10, these objects are out in the 'Worldspace' and it makes no sense for the glass to be intact 210+ years later. I didn't touch any buildings with "solid" glass due to certain reasons. I avoided Vertibird glass because they use the same glass, regardless of crashed or not. And I avoided the Phone Booth Glass Dome, at least until I figure out a safe/sure way to completely hide it. Finally, I didn't touch the Port-A-Diner, Eat-O-Tronic, or Nuka-Cola vending machine due to obvious reasons.

Mechanical weathering: Glass can be worn away by physical forces like wind, water, or ice. For example, sandblasting or wind erosion can wear down glass surfaces. Thermal stress: Glass can expand and contract with temperature changes, leading to cracks and eventual erosion. This all means glass would eventually break down and turn into tiny pebbles like rocks do over time.
