Description:
This is similar to junks808's mod but this one does not require AWKCR.
This is to be paired with Legendary Modification's "Normal" setting. Allows detaching and reattaching legendary mods only. No Crafting legendary mods.
ESL flagged plugin.
Compatibility:
Mods that modify legendary effects will be compatible as long as they modify the Object Effect ENCH record, not the Object Modification OMOD records.
