Legendary Effects Overhaul x T6M's AEC19 Laser Cannon Compatibility Patch and Fixes

Do you like the AEC19 Laser Cannon? Do you like Legendary Effect Overhaul? Do you wanna add more legendary effects to your unique Laser Cannons without losing the original unique effect and its skin? This mod is for you! It's also for you if you want the ability to swap out the weapon paints!

I'm not sure if the Minutemen skin was intended to be unlockable, but I do know that it could not be unlocked even after Big Guns, which seemed to be the point at which you were to get it. I fixed that, though I made it so it had no quest requirement (because some of us love weapons paints!!!)

This mod TECHNICALLY does not require Legendary Effect Overhaul as a hard need, so it could very well work for people who don't use LEO (but it would, in that case, still be useful for you because it would still fix the bugs with the material swaps and allow you to craft more material swaps).

As of version 1. 2, the AEC19 Laser Cannon is FULLY compatible with damage-affecting Legendary Effects. So now, effects like Two Shot, Powerful, Powerful Pro, Powerful ProX, and Very Powerful, Shocking!, etc. will work with it completely.
