Legendary Effects Overhaul - America Rising 2 Legendary Effect Expansion Patch

The mod Legendary Effect Overhaul (LEO) - Crafting - Drops - Modifications - And More includes two add-ons: one called Legendary Modifications Enhanced and one for America Rising 2: Legacy of the Enclave, making the legendary effect of a quest reward - an Enclave laser rifle called Purifier - fully compatible with LEO's legendary effects system. This mod, made with the Legendary Modifications Enhanced add-on from LEO in mind (which has a full compatibility patch made by me), adds a new constructible legendary effect!

• []The new effect is called Cleansing and it increases all weapon damage against both Ghouls and Super Mutants by 75%.

This was because the Legendary Modifications Enhanced add-on, which I highly suggest, has a legendary effect called "The One Abomination" that is constructible and already does 50% increased damage against Ghouls and Super Mutants. I chose to have this legendary effect's power increased to 75% in order to not overlap with The One Abomination. Plus, it's a neat faction reward!

In order to construct it, you will need to find the very first Enclave Field Handbook. It's easy to find, so I don't think I need to post where it is. (It's the easiest to get, too!)
