📋 About This Mod
Description
Here it is, the successor to the popular add-on that was made for Sim Settlements 1. This time around, on top on providing leader traits to each of the 31 unique characters from Settlers of the Commonwealth, I've assigned them different SPECIAL stats (the default was 4 in each category). I also made sure that everyone has at least one stat at 5+ so that they can be assigned to an advanced plot immediately upon recruitment. There's also at least one ally of each major faction among the leaders, so watch out for that if you don't want to attract settlers from that faction. See the article for more info.
Installation
This mod is a ESP plugin (you will find a ESL-flagged ESP as an optional file) that relies on Sim Settlements 2 and Settlers of the Commonwealth. You will find the latter under the FILES tab of Atomic Radio and Tales from the Commonwealth. I guess the mod was too cool to have its own page, go figure. It's an excellent mod nonetheless.

Compatibility
This mod only overwrites NPC records from Settlers of the Commonwealth, but would be incompatible with other mods that do the same.
Troubleshooting
If you notice that some leader cards are missing even after waiting for 24-48 hours in-game, open the City Manager 2078 Holotape and use the Reset Leader Card Caches option under Tools > Advanced Tools. This option should also be used if you happen to update any mod that adds leader cards, including this one. Some unique characters like Hoss (the Supermutant found at Jalbert Brothers Disposal) may behave erratically as settlers.
