Adds 2 Clinic Beds and Med Bay.Simple and very light mod!!!
Stolen those plans right from the Institute workbenches,so we can now build
->Lore friendly as those models are already in vanila game.
->Verry light mod !!! Should not have any impact at all.
->Med Bay is for settlers to SandBox - place it at the Clinic, anyone going around can use it
I named them clinic not hospital,as we usualy don't have bunch of doctors under one roof,so it seems logic :)
Any suggestions welcome.

-Unlocks Med Bay only AFTER you FINISH the quest Institutionalized.
