Happy modding!
Optional Vanilla/EVB Replacer - I consider it a Beta-Test because I use CBBE and don't want to uninstall my mods to test the outfit intensively for clipping issues.
I like Piper a lot so I tried to give her an outfit that is a little bit more practical than her coat and looks a little more appealing. And I guess she likes it - at least she was not complaining (and maybe because her boots are fixed, too).
The outfit is a mashup of vanilla stuff and the jeans from JC - Shirt and Jeans plus the shirt from Commonwealth Shorts Vanilla-CBBE-JB.
Update v1. 5
Fixes on the gloves and sleeve meshes should minimize the clipping. Black retexture of the gloves now included.
Two variations to choose, both are CBBE:
A replacer for the vanilla Piper Outfit. You can't craft it, Piper will wear it ingame.
A standalone version craftable at the chem station. Two caps, one with, one without the press-sticker. And Piper will wear her vanilla outfit.
BodySlide Data included. Clipping may occur, especially when you use extreme slider settings. Here you can also choose if you want the "normal" outfit or a belly-free top.
Optional Vanilla/EVB Replacer - I consider it a Beta-Test because I use CBBE and don't want to uninstall my mods to test the outfit intensively for clipping issues.
Best to install with a Mod Manager or - if you want it manually - drop the files into your fallout directory. Don't forget to enable the ESP for the standalone version. And you also need to enable loose files in your Fallout ini.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Huge community favorite with 9,743 endorsements and 565k downloads — clearly a must-have for Piper fans.
- Gives you flexibility: choose between replacing Piper's default outfit or adding a standalone version.
- Includes an optional Vanilla/EVB replacer for those not using CBBE.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2017 — may not be fully compatible with the latest Fallout 4 patches or DLC.
- Requires CBBE, so if you don't use body mods, you'll need to install that first.
- No screenshots or detailed description provided, so you're flying blind on the exact look.
For Fallout 4 players who want to give Piper a more fitting reporter look and already use CBBE. Also for modders who want a standalone outfit to use in their own load order. Skip if you don't use body mods or prefer lore-friendly vanilla outfits.
💡 Beginner Tips
- If you're using a mod manager like Vortex or NMM, install the main file and choose the Replacer or Standalone option during install if using FOMOD.
- Make sure CBBE is installed and active before this mod, otherwise the outfit may not appear correctly.
- If you're not using CBBE, grab the optional Vanilla/EVB Replacer instead.
