Technically, you can load the preset without the following 3 files, but she'll be bald/have weird eye mesh/weird eye color until you switch those to something else in looks menu since the preset will be looking for new eyes and new hair style from mods you don't have installed.

Main file. Josie only uses the eye parts from this mod; if you don't want the others, you can manually install this mod for the eyes only.
Unique Face Textures
The preset is set up to read a texture path from Unique Face Textures using Looks Menu Customization Compendium by default. I recommend this mod if you want your face to be unique from all other NPCs.

Josie Body - A CBBE BodySlide Preset
I've been playing with default CBBE curvy settings across the board these days for maximum compatibility with things, but this old preset is always an option.
deluxe Makeup
These are SD/1K only. Use with HD/2K will cause gray face bug. You will have to resize these to 2k for yourself, due to file permissions.
Female Neck Tweaks (Editor's Choice file)
Just removes the weird neck shape from vanilla. This is what I used to use, but Skeletal Adjustments for CBBE - Knee Fix fixes this issue, and I now use it instead.
