Manual Installation
Just extract the .json file to this path:
Local Disk (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 4/Data/F4SE/Plugins/F4EE/Presets
Using the Preset Fire up the game and press the ~ (tilde) key in-game and type "slm 14" without the quotes. After that, once you have the character creator up just go to the presets section and pick John Wick.
