This is a splicing of Honest Abe's Red Dress and Invalidfate's in a one outfit. Additional remodelling of the faded visor as a hair flower.

OPTIONAL FILE UPDATE: I added a Stockings optional file, contains 2 retextures of the CBBE body to make it look like stockings. OPTIONAL FILE UPDATE: I added a Standalone optional file, by injecting the whole model into Mina's Dress model I effectively made it independent of all other vanilla outfits, just follow instructions of that mod to obtain the outfit.
Installation:1 Go to your fallout 4 savegame location and open the fallou4 ini file. 2 change the line ResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\ to ResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\, MESHES\ 3 extract the files into your data folder

Bugs & Issues:
For some reason if you get undressed naked and then put the outfit back on the breasts get crushed inside the chest, but that happens to practically any other outfit I got so it may be just me not installing CBBE properly or something.
