What this mod does:
This mod provides a series of new Head and Body Options using the Skin Override option in LooksMenu.
This mod also adds some under-armor cybernetic options that do not yet include gameplay changes (purely cosmetic).
THIS MOD REQUIRES LOOKSMENU AND F4SE.
To use the new skins, simply enter into LooksMenu for the character you wish to change, select your head mesh from the Numbered Face Presets offered (NOT your LooksMenu presets), then go to your Body options and select your new Skin (the same menu you use for LooksMenu Tattoo Overlays, but using the Skin Menu instead of the Overlays Menu). Simple as that.
The Cybernetic Under-Armors can be made in the AutoDoc Workbench. Or you can pull them up in the console by searching for their respective keywords and adding them to your inventory through the relevant commands.
What This Mod Includes:

Cybernetic Implants List
*Bonuses, Penalties, and Specialists are not yet implemented in the current mod version.
Malfunction Mechanics
As mechanical constructs that have been implanted into a biological organism, every implant has the potential to Malfunction. What this means is that, every time an implant is being used, there is a 1% chance an activated implant will break (or once every hour of gameplay for continuous, background implants). What this means is that, if you are fired upon by an enemy and your PAE Leg Implant reduces your damage, there is a 1% chance that it will break, where your Empathy Synthesizer has a 1% chance of sputtering out for each hour that you play (and a 99% chance that they will not Malfunction in those same scenarios).
When an Implant breaks, you lose the Bonus of the Implant - but not the Penalty. In order to Fix your Implant, you must consult a Cybernetic Specialist (one may be found on-board the Prydwen or in the Institute), or you must Replace it at an Autodoc.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community trust with 410 endorsements and over 21k downloads.
- Adds cybernetic under-armor, a niche but cool option for synth-style characters.
- Works with LooksMenu, so it integrates with your existing character customization setup.
⚠️ Cons
- Pre-release version, so it might be unstable or incomplete.
- Last updated in 2021, so it may not be compatible with the latest F4SE or game patches.
- Requires F4SE and LooksMenu, so you need to set those up first.
For Fallout 4 players who want more body customization options, especially those into cybernetic or synth aesthetics. If you're already using LooksMenu and F4SE, this is a quick add. Skip if you're not into body mods or want a fully polished, final release.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the latest F4SE version that matches your game patch, otherwise the mod won't load.
- Install LooksMenu first, then this mod, and activate both in your mod manager.
- Since it's a pre-release, test it on a save you don't care about to avoid breaking your main playthrough.
