Adds an institute armor based on concept art.

After seeing some rad concept art, I decided to try making an outfit to match it, and this is the result.

It's worn by the institute agents in the prologue, and can be found in vault 111 itself.

This mod uses assets from Far Harbor, so you need that DLC. I won't be making a non DLC version.

Same goes for patches for your ultra immersive female body mods
