Institute-blue Lasers

• Like blue lasers, but think that the Institute laser rifle sucks? I do.

This mod adds three barrel attachments to the normal laser gun and one barrel attachment to the gatling laser that, as well as being about 33% better than the vanilla options, change the beams to blue.

• -- Compatiblity ---
• This mod adds the new attachments to the appropriate mod lists so that at the appropriate level, you might see them in loot or on enemies. If you have another mod that also adds muzzle attachments to the laser rifle or gatling laser, you might only see one mod's or the other in leveled lists without a patch.

• I originally wanted this to work as a capacitor or barrel mod instead, but the laser focus and splitter mods also override the projectile, so the only way for this to work properly is as a muzzle attachment.

The laser musket isn't supported at the moment, because that would require modeling and texturing to work properly. Additionally, the receiver and/or barrel would need special mods as well as the muzzle to keep the effects looking proper, which feels kludgy to me.
